Hi, I’m Tess (they/them). Here are a few fun(ish) facts about me:

  • I built my first car, a 1971 VW Beetle, with my dad when I was 15. I’ve been making, building, and fixing things since childhood.

  • My first career was in graphic design. I loved creating beautiful things and making clients happy, but hated sitting at a desk.

  • I am symptom-free after a decade-long struggle with PTSD from a handyman-related incident. I know how nerve-wrecking it can be inviting tradespeople into your home, so I started this business to offer an alternative and continue to reclaim my power.

If an in-person estimate is required (larger projects), I charge a $65 estimate fee. If we end up working together, that fee will be discounted from your project cost.
